This system is the property of Artis Energy. Its use is solely restricted to users authorized by Artis Energy and its agents for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorized actual or attempted access, use, or modification of this system is strictly prohibited by Artis Energy. Unauthorized users are subject to criminal and civil penalties under state, federal, or other applicable domestic and foreign laws. The use of this system may be monitored and recorded for administrative and security reasons. Anyone accessing this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, Artis Energy may provide the evidence of such activity to law enforcement officials. All users must comply with Artis Energy’s Policies as specified in their license or contract agreement. Use of this system is covered under US Patents 6633823 and 7135956.
